Job Description
Make outbound calls to candidates to share job openings and collect their details.
Explain company services and job opportunities clearly.
Maintain records of candidate interactions and update the database.
Follow up with interested candidates for interview schedules.
Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
