Job Description
π Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
βοΈ Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to appropriate departments
ποΈ Manage meeting room bookings, visitor logs, and appointment schedules
π§Ύ Maintain front desk documentation, courier records, and office supplies inventory
π§βπ» Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support and facility management
π§Ή Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
π§ Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
π£ Support HR and Admin teams during onboarding, events, or audits
Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in front office or administrative roles
π£οΈ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
π» Proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and scheduling tools
π€ Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
π§ββοΈ Presentable, punctual, and proactive in managing responsibilities
π Graduate in any discipline; diploma in office administration is a plus
