Job Description
๐ Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in ledgers and accounting software
๐งพ Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and vendor reconciliation
๐ณ Monitor bank transactions, prepare payment vouchers, and assist in cash flow management
๐ Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and audits
๐งฎ Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance
๐ Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely closure of books
๐งโ๐ป Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial documentation
๐ Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting
Requirements
โ
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
๐ Bachelorโs degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (M.Com or CA Inter preferred)
๐ป Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.)
๐ Knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, and TDS regulations
๐ฃ๏ธ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
๐งโโ๏ธ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
