Job Description

๐Ÿ“˜ Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in ledgers and accounting software

๐Ÿงพ Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and vendor reconciliation

๐Ÿ’ณ Monitor bank transactions, prepare payment vouchers, and assist in cash flow management

๐Ÿ“Š Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and audits

๐Ÿงฎ Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance

๐Ÿ“ Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely closure of books

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ป Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial documentation

๐Ÿ“ˆ Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting

Requirements

โœ… Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

๐ŸŽ“ Bachelorโ€™s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (M.Com or CA Inter preferred)

๐Ÿ’ป Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.)

๐Ÿ“‘ Knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, and TDS regulations

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
